If you sell drugs to blacks, you’re going to end up getting killed at some point.
These people hate you, and they don’t like paying for things at the best of times.
Trial began Monday for a man accused killing a man over a bag of marijuana last year in Durant.
Police say 28-year-old Daniel Dailey and 18-year-old Jacqorion Ellison admitted they conspired to rob 21-year-old Zachary McCullar of his marijuana he had agreed to sell to them.
The three met around midnight March 11, 2019, at the Econolodge at West Main and US-69/75, but when the two tried to rob McCullar he fought back and they shot him once in the head.
Dailey is on trial for second degree murder.
